Shipping & Delivery

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC ORDERS

All our Perlah Deliveries will be made between Monday-Friday 9am- 5pm. Upon delivery, a signature will be required. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left behind with instructions on where to collect your parcel, or how can reschedule your delivery for another day and time that is more suitable.

All our couriers Do Not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible within 1-2 days. Any items that require Embroidery or Printing will require further time to process, this be on a case by case timeline. Orders leaving Melbourne will take 3-10 working days to reach metro areas. Rural areas can take longer. Deliveries to WA and NT will take longer, an estimate 7-14 days.


BRANDED ITEMS

If you require your Perlah Product branded- Example: Printing or Embroidery we are happy to help with your enquiry. We will ask for your files to be sent by PDF format with reference to Size and Pantone Colour reference, and position of placement on your product.

If you do not have a Logo or Design set up, we can put you in touch with your design team how can work with you to create your desired vision. Costs will depend on complexity and time required to complete Logo Set Up.

An estimation will be given with your enquiry. In case of enquiries, please fill our Contact Us form and we will get back to you within 48 hours.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars AUD$. Freight charges are based on weight, destination and insurances. Please note that you may have to pay tax, duties at your end depending on your country’s import laws. All shipments sent from Australia, exclude our Australian GST tax. We encourage you to investigate your import entry fees.

Our international orders are shipped out by e-commerce global partners- UPS, TNT or DHL. Generally, International orders can take between 7-10 business days. To help with monitoring the progress of your shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you are having trouble receiving information, please call our customer care department who will be more than happy to help.
