Product Returns
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Ensuring it remains intact in the original packaging, and a copy of your original online purchase receipt confirmation.
Retain a receipt of proof of postage (please ensure tracking details are provided. All postage returned costs will be at customer's expense unless deemed faulty or incorrect product supplied.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you a follow up email to notify you on the status of your refund or exchange. We will confirm approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your cards issuer's policies.
Defected-Faulty Product
If you believe your Perlah product is faulty, it is important we conduct a quality report and email you our findings with a conclusion. We will confirm in writing the approval or rejection of your refund. If your product has been approved for exchange, we will ensure we send you out another item within 7 days.
